Objectives:
- Identifying new business and looking after Maxus customers
- Achieving set volume sales, PPU and targets.
- Holding sales presentations and providing customers with information and advice on Maxus light commercial vehicles, equipment, accessories, conditions and other issues.
- Concluding sales contracts and making any required amendments.
- Managing orders on hand and supervising order processing.
- Carrying out follow-up contacts to customer and prospects; processing and managing a customer file.
- Maintain and control customer database.
Reporting:
The Maxus Sales Executive reports to the Maxus Van Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business for Saic Maxus within South Wales.
- Develop sales to existing national fleet.
- Be proactive and present on social media with product demonstrations and updates
- Involvement in sales events/ride and drive type events/exhibitions
- Achieve manufacturer led sales targets.
- Develop a new customer base and establish downstream revenue opportunities.
- Effective management of daily activity on business DMS. (Dealerweb)
- Be the Saic Maxus product expert within Euro Commercials (South Wales) Ltd
- Ensure product range is always on display in line with manufacturers guidelines.
- Create product demonstrations for our website and social media and provide innovative ideas to attract new customers
- Ensure customer experience is of the utmost importance to drive and strengthen our reputation and repeat business
- Monitor the progress of all sold orders to ensure that deadlines are met in respect of vehicle acquisition and preparation, that all necessary documentation has been prepared
- Introducing customers to other customer support departments and continuously maintaining contact with these departments
- Preparing and carrying out follow-up contacts and compiling contact reports
- Organising and carrying out test-drives and evaluating results
- Concluding sales, negotiating terms (trade-ins, type and method of payment, method of vehicle transfer, etc.), if necessary obtaining agreements and drawing up the sales contract
- Agreeing on processing and registration procedures with customers
- Supervising conclusion of financing, leasing contracts, insurances and service contracts
- Reaching agreements with internal partners (Ordering, Sales Management) and external contacts (financing and leasing partners, etc.)
- Supervising all processes up to delivery
- Agreeing with customers when the vehicle is to be put at their disposal (date, delivery, registration, etc.)
